Quick Start — Selecting and Deploying OneSense NEXT
Define Monitoring Requirements
Identify which asset parameters (flow, level, pressure, temperature, pulses, alarms) and reporting cadence are required to meet operational, regulatory and maintenance objectives.
Map Sensors and Interfaces
List existing and planned sensors, noting types and signal interfaces (0–10V, 4–20mA, single‑wire, thermocouples, RTDs, pulses, Modbus/RS‑485, SDI‑12).
Survey Connectivity at Sites
Verify available networks (LTE Cat‑M1, NB‑IoT, LoRaWAN, or other options), signal quality, and any future connectivity plans or restrictions for each location across the globe.
Choose the OneSense NEXT Configuration
Select the connectivity board, interface modules, power architecture (internal rechargeable or C‑cell, external power, solar, battery pack), and optional accessories (M12-M16 glands, memory, power switch).
Integrate with Existing Systems
Connect OneSense NEXT to SCADA, asset management or analytics platforms via Evvos’ API and/or Webhooks, map data fields, verify timestamps and formats, and automate alerts and workflows for operational use.
Deploy and Validate Data Flow
Install devices, confirm sensor wiring and network registration, test message buffering and transmission, then validate incoming telemetry and alarms against expected values.
